We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Non-returnable items: Personalized/custom products, final sale items, opened hygiene/swim products, and perishable goods.
How to Return
Email sales@floaties.store with your order number and reason.
We will provide return instructions (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund to the original payment method (usually within 5-10 business days).
Defective/Damaged Items
Contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos and order details for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
